What if I've never worked out before?

Perfect—you're exactly who this gym is for. I scale every workout to your current fitness level. You'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for. Most of our members started as complete beginners.

What does a typical class look like?

Classes are 60 minutes: we start with a warm-up, move into strength or skill work, then finish with conditioning. I explain everything, demonstrate movements, and coach you through each section. You'll never feel lost.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. I'd rather earn your membership every month than lock you into something.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water if you'd like, but we have a water station too. That's it—all equipment is provided.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Friends are always welcome to try a free intro class. It's actually a great way to start—you'll already have a workout buddy.
