Our signature class. Build strength, improve conditioning, and move better. Scalable for all fitness levels.

Good for: Everyone—beginners to experienced lifters

HIIT Express

45 min

High-intensity intervals when you're short on time. Fast-paced, efficient, and effective.

Good for: Busy schedules, conditioning focus

Foundations

60 min

Perfect for beginners. Learn the fundamental movements with extra coaching and lower intensity.

Good for: New members, returning after a break
